Korištenje bespovratnih sredstava Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova (ESIF) za razvoj širokopojasnog pristupa sljedeće generacije u Hrvatskoj u sklopu financijske perspektive 2014. - 2020., u skladu s Operativnim programom "Konkurentnost i kohezija 2014. - 2020." (OPKK), za portfelj projekata s Ugovorima o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava, a koji su u fazi provedbe
- Odobrenje državne potpore SA.38626 (2015/N) - Okvirni nacionalni program za razvoj infrastrukture širokopojasnog pristupa u područjima u kojima ne postoji dostatan komercijalni interes za ulaganja (ONP)
  - Stanje portfelja projekata i relevantne aktivnosti iz aspekta Nositelja ONP-a (NOP; Hrvatska regulatorna agencija za mrežne djelatnosti (HAKOM)), Posredničkog tijela razine 1 (PT1; Ministarstvo regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske unije (MRRFEU)), Posredničkog tijela razine 2 (PT2; Središnja agencija za financiranje i ugovaranje (SAFU))
  - Praćenje provedbe projekata ovisno o predviđenom investicijskom modelu (A/B)
  - Iskustva jedinica lokalne/regionalne samouprave u provedbi predmetnih projekata NGA mreža po predviđenom investicijskom modelu (A/B)
  - Iskustva operatora elektroničkih komunikacija u provedbi predmetnih projekata NGA mreža po investicijskom modelu A
