Martina Dragičević, MA, MBA, diplomirala je na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu te magistrirala na području EU prava tržišnog natjecanja na Kings College University of London - EU Competition Law MA, kao i na području općih financija na Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) Geneva – MBA in General finance. Martina ima 20 godina iskustva u sektoru elektroničkih komunikacija. Od 2016. godine.zaposlena je u A1 Hrvatska. Direktorica je Odjela za regulatorne poslove i EU fondove. Primarno je uključena u upravljanje timom odgovornim za specifičnu sektorsku (ex ante) regulaciju i opću (ex post) regulaciju tržišnog natjecanja pokrivanjem širokog raspona funkcija podrške poslovanju – od veleprodajnih i maloprodajnih tržišta na području elektroničkih komunikacija, energetike, kibernetičke sigurnosti, digitalnih i medijskih usluga do podrške realizacije održive okolišne, društvene i upravljačke (Enviromental, Social and Governance; ESG) strategije, kao i učinkovito korištenje sredstava EU-a za potrebe poslovnih procesa i realizaciju poslovne strategije te komunikaciju s javnim institucijama na nacionalnoj i EU razini. Uključena je u rad interesnih radnih skupina Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP), Hrvatske gospodarske komore (HGK), AmChama i XEnergy udruge. Unutar HUP-a obnaša dužnost Voditeljice radne skupine za telekomunikacije i povezivost te dopredsjednice izvršnog odbora HUP ICT-a.

Sažetak: U izlaganju će se predstaviti uspješna provedba projekta Širokopojasni pristup za svakoga - Plan razvoja širokopojasne infrastrukture za održivi Grad Solin, sufinanciranog iz europskih fondova. Projekt je realiziran u suradnji A1 Hrvatska s Gradom Solinom Za ovaj je projekt Europska komisija tvrtki A1 Hrvatska dodijelila European Broadband Award 2023, čime se A1 Hrvatska pozicionirala kao predvodnik u gradnji mreža vrlo velikog kapaciteta (VHCN) u ruralnim dijelovima Republike Hrvatske.

Martina Dragičević, MA, MBA, graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and received a master's degree in EU Competition Law from Kings College University of London, as well as a master's degree in General Finance from the Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM) Geneva. Martina has 20 years of experience in the electronic communications sector. Since 2016, she has been employed at A1 Croatia. She is the director of the Department for Regulatory Affairs and EU Funds. She is primarily involved in the management of the team responsible for specific sector (ex ante) regulation and general (ex post) regulation of market competition by covering a wide range of business support functions - from wholesale and retail markets in the field of electronic communications, energy, cyber security, digital and media services to supporting the implementation of a sustainable environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, as well as the effective use of EU funds for the needs of business processes and implementation of business strategy, and communication with public institutions at the national and EU level. She is involved in the work of interest working groups of the Croatian Association of Employers (HUP), the Croatian Chamber of Commerce (HGK), AmCham and the XEnergy association. Within HUP, she holds the position of Head of the working group for telecommunications and connectivity and vice-president of the executive board of HUP ICT.

Lecture: Broadband4Everyone - Broadband Infrastructure Development Plan for sustainable City of Solin.
Abstract: The presentation will provide an overview of the successful implementation of the project Broadband4Everyone - Broadband Infrastructure Development Plan for Sustainable City of Solin, co-financed by European funds. The project was realized in cooperation between A1 Croatia and the City of Solin. For this project, the European Commission awarded the company A1 Croatia with the European Broadband Award 2023, which positioned A1 Croatia as a leader in the construction of very high capacity networks (VHCN) in rural parts of the Republic of Croatia.
